Tattoo Aftercare
Tattoo aftercare is provided for free after your appointment
Second skin - leave on for 48 hours, remove covering in shower and pull parallel from your body (like how command wall strips are pulled off)
Yay you got tattooed!
Standard bandage - leave bandage on for 1- hour minimum, you can leave it on longer if needed (overnight is okay if you have an evening session).

Remove bandage and take a warm shower.
Use provided mild, fragrance-free soap ( hypoallergenic bar soap), wash gently using fingertips and warm water. Pat dry gently with a clean towel.
optional for the first night only!
a few minutes before you get ready to go to sleep, apply a small amount of aftercare , rewrap the tattoo with a saran wrap to keep bedding/clothes or other contaminates off tattoo. Saran wrap will also contain any plasma that may weep overnight. This is normal, clean tattoo off in the morning, do not rebandage your tattoo.
Apply aftercare
With clean hands, apply a small amount of provided Redemption aftercare (Aquaphor can be used in the case of allergies to organic products. ) for the first two weeks, once the tattoo has peeled (usually 7 to 14 days) switch to an unscented lotion. product should be used 3 to 4 times a day and a very small amount, do not smother tattoo.

Healing
Flaking or scabbing may occur in 4 to 7 days. Do not scratch or pick. Most

Tattoos Don'ts
No soaking in water or swimming, until tattoo is healed (min 2 weeks). no tight or abrasive clothing.
sun exposure
Do not over-expose new tattoos to sun. After tattoo is healed, tanning will cause fading. Please use a strong sunscreen.
First night
clean bedsheets are suggested for the first night after your tattoo.(tattoo pigment will stain clothing and sheets, loose dark clothing is best)
